Themes Make or Break SEO on WP

Do you use Themes?

No? ..

You’re a Rare Breed.

A vast majority of WordPress sites are using one of thousands of themes. Many will customize or brand these themes, however even with these visual changes, much of the underlying theme code remains the same as originally written.

You are at the mercy of your designer if you do not analyze and address SEO issues in your theme. Many themes claim to be SEO friendly, however, with hundreds of factors going into rankings, fixing a couple of SEO issues in a theme does not make it “SEO Friendly”.

Remember, you get what you pay for .. Many of the free themes have SEO issues and I have found that most of the paid or Premium themes I have evaluated seem to be very good from an SEO standpoint.
